Visualizers Overview

The 12 Week Staffing Outlook - Hours visualizer allows you to view a summary of employees assigned to your resource pool and/or resource pool map profile. The visualizer displays both tentative and confirmed assignments.

The Active Tasks Behind Schedule - Current visualizer allows you to view a list of tasks that are currently behind schedule, based on the end date and base end date. A task is considered behind schedule is based on the resources scheduled for the project. The project is selected from the Project Scorecard at the top of the tab.

The Active Tasks With Negative Variance - Current visualizer allows you to view a list of tasks that have project to date (PTD) variances. Only tasks that are indicated as variance level will display. The project is selected from the Project Scorecard at the top of the tab.

The Actual Effort vs. Scheduled - Current visualizer allows you review actual posted effort and scheduled effort. Scheduled effort is based on the current schedule, both confirmed and tentative. The chart values are limited to the duration displayed and are not cumulative for the project. The project is selected from the Project Scorecard at the top of the tab.

The Actual vs. Scheduled Hours- Current visualizer allows you review the difference between actual posted hours and scheduled hours for a project. Scheduled effort is based on the current schedule, both confirmed and tentative. The chart values are limited to the duration displayed and are not cumulative for the project. The project is selected from the Project Scorecard at the top of the tab.

The Aged Unbilled > 30 Days visualizer allows you to view all projects that show unbilled values that have aged beyond 30 days. The available projects are based on your assigned project portfolio as organization manager or map level manager.

The Aged Unbilled Tasks > 30 Days visualizer allows you view a list of unbilled tasks that have aged beyond 30 days. The tasks are based on the project selected from the Project Scorecard at the top of the tab.

The All Losses visualizer allows you to review a list of recently lost opportunities. Opportunities without an Award Date are included in the list. The list is sorted in descending order by Award Date and then in ascending order by Opportunity Name.

The All Wins visualizer allows you to review a list of recently won opportunities. Opportunities without an Award Date are included in the list. The list is sorted in descending order by Award Date and then in ascending order by Opportunity Name.

The Cash Cycle visualizer allows you to view a list of cash cycle actuals and goals for a project. The project is selected from the Project Scorecard at the top of the tab.

The Chargeable Hours to Goal - Current - visualizer allows you to view the hours expended and/or scheduled for the user toward reaching their chargeable utilization goal for the current posting period.

The Earned Value Analysis visualizer allows you to review actual posted project financials and budget information for the past 6 periods, and projected information for the next 6 periods for a project. The project is selected from the Project Scorecard at the top of the tab.

This visualizer is available on the Project Management Dashboard.

The My Utilization Breakout Percent visualizer allows you to review a break down of your year-to-date utilization. This data is presented in pie chart format displaying the percentage that you worked on each chargeable and non-chargeable task. The non-chargeable percentages are based on mapped NC Fee Types and all mapped NC fee types will be displayed on the chart.

The Net Labor Multiplier visualizer allows you to view the Month To Date (MTD), Year To Date (YTD), and To Date (TD or PTD) Net Labor Multipliers for a project. The project is selected from the Project Scorecard at the top of the tab.

The Net Utilization Percent by Organization visualizer allows you to view the aggregated utilization percentage of employees assigned to your organization or organization management responsibilities or mapped manager responsibilities. The visualizer data is based on an employee's current assignments.

The Net Utilization Percent by Resource Pool visualizer allows you to view the aggregated utilization percentage of employees assigned to your resource pool via resource pool management responsibilities or mapped manager responsibilities. The visualizer data is based on an employee's current assignments.

The New Opportunities visualizer allows you to view a list of all of your active, open opportunities that were created within the last 90 days. By default, the list is sorted in ascending order by the Creation Date and Opportunity Name.

The Next Year Sales Distribution - Client visualizer allows you to view the relative factored net fee percentage for groupings of active, open opportunities for the coming year. The grouping is based on the Show By Group restriction, which allows you to view opportunities in various groupings. Overdue opportunities and opportunities without an Award Date are not included. By default, the chart is sorted in descending order by the Relative Factored Net Fee.

The Open Opportunities visualizer allows you to view a list of all your open, active opportunities. By default, the list is sorted in ascending order by the Award Date and Opportunity Name.

The Organization Status by Working Organization visualizer allows you to view current organization status. This list is organized by the Working Organization.

The Overdue Opportunities visualizer allows you to review a list of your open, active opportunities that are past due. By default, the list is sorted in ascending order by the Award Date and Opportunity Name.

The Past Sales Distribution - Client visualizer allows you to view the relative factored net fee percentage for groupings of your won opportunities . The Project Profitability Percent visualizer allows you to view the aggregated profit percentage for all projects that you are responsible for or the projects that your resources are assigned to work on. This indicates the overall project performance for your project portfolio. The chart displays the To Date (TD), Month To Date (MTD), and Year To Date (YTD) profit for each selected posting period.

The Project Schedule Variance at Completion Greater than 10 Days visualizer allows you to view, from your assigned project portfolio as manager or director, all projects that are “behind schedule” by more than 10 days per the resource schedule.

The Project Scorecard visualizer lists all active projects assigned to you as manager. By default the list is sorted by the Project Name. It displays Project to Date (PTD) information, which includes active projects and projects with effort, cost, or revenue activity.

The Project Status by Owning Organization visualizer allows you view current project status. This list is organized by the Owning Organization.

The Project Status Summary visualizer allows you to view a snap shot list of all To Date (TD) information as of the current date.

The Project Task Summary visualizer allows you to view a project's financials in a hierarchical task structure view. The project is selected from the Project Scorecard at the top of the tab.

The Projected Sales - Count visualizer allows you to view a monthly forecast for your opportunities. The chart displays a count of your opportunities across posting periods. The chart bars are colored to highlight the portion of the opportunities in each opportunity stage. By default, only active opportunities are displayed.

The Receivables Aging > 30 Days (By Project) visualizer allows you to view a list of all open bills that have aged beyond 30 days for a project. The project is selected from the Project Scorecard at the top of the tab.

The Receivables Aging > 30 Days (By Project Portfolio) visualizer allows you to view all projects that show unbilled values that have aged beyond 30 days. The available projects are based on your assignment as manager. This aging is available from the My Portfolio Alerts tab.

The Receivable Aging > 60 Days visualizer allows you to view all projects that have uncollected receivables that have aged beyond 60 days. The available projects are based on your assigned project portfolio as organization manager or map level manager.

The Resource Capacity Analysis - Hours visualizer allows you to view a list of the mapped resource pool levels with the classification, available hours, and net capacity hours for each resource you manage. This includes resources assigned to resource pools where you are the resource pool manager or resource pool map level manager. The visualizer includes only labor for resource employees.

The Resource Class Actual vs. Capacity - Last Scheduled Period visualizer allows you to view the Actual Hours for each selected Resource Class against the Net Capacity Hours for each selected Resource Class for the last scheduling period. The visualizer includes only labor for resource employees.

The Resource Class Demand vs. Capacity - This Scheduling Period visualizer allows you to view the Scheduled Hours for each selected Resource Class against the Net Capacity Hours for each selected Resource Class for the current scheduling period. The visualizer includes only labor for resource employees.

The Resource Schedule - Effort visualizer allows you to view a summary of resource effort value whose assigned resource pools you manage, either through the resource pool manager or map level manager designation.

The Sales Funnel - Count visualizer is a funnel chart that allows you to view a count of your opportunities. Data is organized in the funnel by opportunity stages in descending order. By default, only active opportunities are displayed.

The Sales Ratio - Count visualizer allows you to view a win / loss relative comparison of your opportunities for the prior 12 posting periods. The chart displays the relative count percentage for your opportunities across posting periods. Portions of the chart bars are colored to highlight the portions of opportunities that were won or lost in each posting period. In addition, a goal line is displayed behind the bars to signify if the firm's goals have been met. By default, the chart is sorted in ascending order by the Award Date and by the outcome of the Opportunity Stage.

The Task Plan Progress visualizer allows you to compare task progress between the current schedule and the latest baseline schedule assigned to a project. The project is selected from the Project Scorecard at the top of the tab.

The Variance at Completion Greater than 5K visualizer allows you to view, from your assigned project portfolio as manager or director, all projects with PTD Variances At Completion that exceed negative 5,000.
