Aged Unbilled Tasks > 30 Days

The Aged Unbilled Tasks > 30 Days visualizer allows you view a list of unbilled tasks that have aged beyond 30 days. The tasks are based on the project selected from the Project Scorecard at the top of the tab.
The visualizer includes a top-level table with drill down with detailed, information about the unbilled EVC instances. By default the task list is sorted by the task and includes tasks where: charge date - current date > 30 days. It includes all current charges and the charges to be billed. For date purposes, it uses the posting calendar.

Level 1 - Task Table
The Level 1 - Task Table includes a list of unbilled tasks.
The default columns are marked with an indicator (

Level 2 - EVC Table
The Level 2 - EVC Table includes a list of transactions organized by EVC code. This list is dependent and related to the task selected on the Level 1 - Task Table.
The default columns are marked with an indicator (

EVC | Displays the name of the employee, vendor, or client associated with the transaction. |

Document Days Old | Displays the number of days old the transaction is, which is calculated as: the current date - Transaction Date. |

Document Date | Displays the document date of the transaction. |
