Net Labor Multiplier (Visualizer)

Additional Information

The Net Labor Multiplier visualizer allows you to view the Month To Date (MTD), Year To Date (YTD), and To Date (TD or PTD) Net Labor Multipliers for a project. The project is selected from the Project Scorecard at the top of the tab.

The chart is organized by the net labor multipliers and posting periods and displays the month to day, year to date, and to date net labor multipliers for each posting period.

Chart Data

Area Description
Multiplier

The left side of the chart, or y-axis, displays the net labor multipliers.
Period

The area below the chart, or x-axis, displays the last six posting periods based on the current date. The posting periods are based on the selected Posting Calendar for the project.

Chart

The chart includes the following information:

  • Month To Date NLM: Displays the month to date multiplier for the period, which is calculated as: (MTD Revenue – MTD Expense Cost) / MTD Labor Cost.
  • Year To Date NLM: Displays the year to date multiplier for the period, which is calculated as: (YTD Revenue – YTD Expense Cost) / YTD Labor Cost.
  • To Date NLM: Displays the project to date (PTD) multiplier for the period, which is calculated as: (PTD Revenue – PTD Expense Cost) / PTD Labor Cost.
