Opportunities (Inquiry)

The Past Year Sales - Factored Net Fee visualizer allows you to view the factored net fee for your won opportunities for the prior 12 posting periods. By default, the chart is sorted in ascending order by the Award Date.

The timeframe displays the current posting period, which is based on the system date at the time of dashboard access, and the previous 11 posting periods. Opportunities are assigned to a posting period based on Award Date; if an Award Date is not entered, the opportunity is not included on the chart.

Chart Data

Area	Description
Factored Net Fee	The left-side of the chart, or the y-axis, displays the factored net fee. Note: The Factored Net Fee is a calculated weighted value for all net fee values, across all companies and organizations for an opportunity. The value is calculated as Net Fee Bid Probability % * Win Probability %*. For more information, see Opportunity - Default View - Info Tab.
Period	The area below the chart, or the x-axis, displays the posting periods. The timeframe displays the current posting period, based on the system date at the time of dashboard access, and the previous 11 posting periods. Opportunities are assigned to a posting period based on Award Date; if an Award Date is not entered, the opportunity is not included on the chart.
Chart	For each posting period, there is a point on a line that represent the number of opportunities for the posting period. To view the count for the posting period, click the point on the line for the posting period.
