Receivable Aging > 60 Days

The Receivable Aging > 60 Days visualizer allows you to view all projects that have uncollected receivables that have aged beyond 60 days. The available projects are based on your assigned project portfolio as organization manager or map level manager.

The timeframe is based on the current date and the threshold is calculated as: (current date - Charge Date) > 60 days.

For date purposes, this visualizer uses the posting periods from the associated posting calendar.

Table Data

Column Name		Description
	Aging: 61-90 Days 91-120 Days > 121 Days	Displays the receivable balance for the following aging buckets: 61-90 Days 91-120 Days Greater than 120 Days
	Client Name	Displays the client name.
	Currency Code	Displays the currency code.
	Office	Displays the office name.
	Organization Map Level 4 - 6 Name	Displays the name of the organization map level 4 - 6.
	Project Code	Displays the project code.
	Project Manager Name	Displays the project manager full name.
	Project Name	Displays the project name.
	Project Organization Code	Displays the project organization code.
	Project Organization Company Code	Displays the project organization company code.
	Project Organization Company Name	Displays the project organization company name.
	Project Organization Name	Displays the name of the organization that owns the project.
	Project Owner Name	Displays the project owner name.
	Region	Displays the region name.
	Total	Displays the total unbilled balance for the four buckets for each project listed.
