Active Tasks with Negative Variance - Current

The Active Tasks With Negative Variance - Current visualizer allows you to view a list of tasks that have project to date (PTD) variances. Only tasks that are indicated as variance level will display. The project is selected from the Project Scorecard at the top of the tab.

By default the list is sorted by the task and includes values of the project to date through the posting period that includes the current date. For date purposes, it uses the posting periods from the associated posting calendar.

The default columns are marked with an indicator ( ). For information on how to display the optional columns, see Manage Columns.

Column Name		Description
	Task Name	Displays the task name.
	Budget Effort	Displays the budgeted effort.
	TD Revenue	Displays the Project to Date Revenue.
	TD Effort	Displays the Project to Date Effort.
	TD Provision	Displays the revenue provision for the project.
	TD Variance	Displays the Project to Date Variance, which is calculated as: PTD Revenue – PTD Effort.
	Effort To Complete	Displays the effort to complete, which is calculated as Effort at Completion - PTD Effort.
	Effort Performance Index	Displays the Effort Performance, which is calculated as: PTD Revenue / PTD Effort for the task.
	Effort Remaining	Displays the Effort Remaining on the task, calculated as: Budget Effort - Effort TD.
	Task Code	Displays the task code.
