Additional Information

The Variance at Completion Greater than 5K visualizer allows you to view, from your assigned project portfolio as manager or director, all projects with PTD Variances At Completion that exceed negative 5,000.

Column Name		Description
	Project Name	Displays the name of the project.
	Project Client Name	Displays the name of the client associated with the project.
	TD Variance	Displays the total variance recorded on the project, which is calculated as: PTD Revenue - PTD Effort.
	Effort At Completion (Effective)	Displays the effective effort at completion expected to be charged to the project at project completion.
	Currency Code	Displays the currency code.
	Effort Performance	Displays the current effort-to-revenue relationship recorded on the project. This is calculated as: PTD Revenue / PTD Effort.
	Effort Remaining	Displays the Effort Remaining on the project, calculated as: Budget Effort - Effort TD.
	Project Code	Displays the project code.
	Project Owner Name	Displays the project owner name.
	TD Budget Effort	Displays the total effort budget assigned to the project.
	TD Effort	Displays the total project-to-date effort posted to the project.
	TD Revenue	Displays the total project-to-date revenue posted to the project.
	TD Provision	Displays the revenue provision for the project.
	Variance At Completion	Displays the revenue Variance At Completion expected on the project at project completion. This is calculated as Effort Budget – Effort At Completion.
