Scheduled Net Utilization Percent

Additional Information

The Scheduled Net Utilization Percent visualizer allows you to view projected Month To Date (MTD) and Year To Date (YTD) percentages of chargeable hours for the user's resource pool and/or resource pool map profile. The visualizer displays both tentative and confirmed assignments.

For date purposes, this visualizer uses the scheduling periods from the associated Scheduling Calendar. The six scheduling periods display as the current month and five months in the future.

All data in this chart is derived from resource scheduling and calendar information.

Area Description
Percentage The left-side of the chart, or the y-axis, displays percentages based on utilization of resource hours.
Time

The area below the chart, or the x-axis, is divided into scheduling periods. The scheduling periods are based on the selected Scheduling Calendar for the resource pool.
Chart

The chart includes the following information. YTD % and MTD % display as two line charts.

  • Scheduling Date: Displays the scheduling period short name.
  • Month To Date %: Displays the Month To Date percentage and is calculated as Scheduled MTD Chargeable Hours / Scheduled MTD Net Capacity Hours x 100.
  • Year To Date %: Displays the Year To Date percentage and is calculated as Scheduled YTD Chargeable Hours / Scheduled YTD Net Capacity Hours x 100.
