Additional Information

The Variance At Completion >5K visualizer allows you to view all projects with Project To Date (PTD) Variances At Completion that exceed negative 5,000.

The available projects are based on your assigned project portfolio as organization manager or organization map level leader.

For date purposes, this visualizer uses the posting periods from the associated posting calendar.

Table Data

The default columns are marked with an indicator ( ). For information on how to display the optional columns, see Manage Columns.

Column Name		Description
	Budget	Displays the total effort budget assigned to the project.
	Client Name	Displays the client name.
	Currency Code	Displays the currency code.
	Effort	Displays the total effort posted to the project.
	Effort At Completion (Effective)	Displays the effective effort at completion expected to be charged to the project at project completion.
	Effort Performance	Displays the current effort-to-revenue relationship recorded on the project. This is calculated as: PTD Revenue / PTD Effort.
	Effort Remaining	Displays the Effort Remaining on the project, calculated as: Budget Effort - Effort TD.
	Effort To Complete	Displays the effort to complete, which is calculated as: Effort At Completion - PTD Effort.
	Office	Displays the office name.
	Organization Map Level 4 - 6 Name	Displays the name of the organization map level 4 - 6.
	Project Code	Displays the project code.
	Project Manager Name	Displays the project manager full name.
	Project Name	Displays the project name.
	Project Organization Code	Displays the project organization code.
	Project Organization Company Code	Displays the project organization company code.
	Project Organization Company Name	Displays the project organization company name.
	Project Organization Name	Displays the project organization name.
	Project Owner Name	Displays the project owner name.
	Region	Displays the region name.
	Revenue	Displays the total revenue posted to the project.
	Variance	Displays the total variance recorded on the project, which is calculated as: PTD Revenue - PTD Effort.
	Variance at Completion	Displays the revenue Variance At Completion expected on the project at project completion. This is calculated as Effort Budget – Effort At Completion.
