Project Staffing Analysis

The Project Staffing Analysis visualizer allows you to view a list of projects and their scheduled staffing levels. This includes all active projects with resource schedules. The visualizer displays both tentative and confirmed assignments.

For date purposes, this visualizer uses the scheduling periods from the associated Scheduling Calendar. These display as six scheduling periods, which include the current scheduling period and five scheduling periods in the future.

List Data

The Project Staffing Analysis list provides a single level of information that outlines the current status of your assigned organizations and projects. This information includes Organization Map Level 2 Name, Organization Name, Project Finish Date, Project Manager Name, Project Name, Project Start Date, Remaining Scheduled Effort, and Scheduled Effort for six scheduling periods. Project Staffing Analysis Optional Columns
