Sales Results - Count

The Sales Results - Count visualizer allows you to view a win / loss comparison of your opportunities for the prior 12 posting periods. The chart displays the number of won and lost opportunities across posting periods. The chart bars are colored to highlight the portions of opportunities that were won or lost in each posting period. By default, the chart is sorted in ascending order by the Award Date.

The timeframe displays the current posting period, which is based on the system date at the time of dashboard access, and the previous 11 posting periods. Opportunities are assigned to a posting period based on Award Date; if an Award Date is not entered, the opportunity is not included on the chart.

Chart Data

Area	Description
Count	The left-side of the chart, or the y-axis, displays the number of opportunities.
Period	The area below the chart, or the x-axis, displays the posting periods. The timeframe displays the current posting period, based on the system date at the time of dashboard access, and the previous 11 posting periods. Opportunities are assigned to a posting period based on Award Date; if an Award Date is not entered, the opportunity is not included on the chart.
Chart	For each posting period, there is a set of double bars that represent the number of your opportunities that were won or lost for the posting period. The blue bar represents won opportunities, and the red bar represents lost opportunities. To view the count of won or lost opportunities in a posting period, click the bar for the posting period on the chart.
