Projected Sales - Factored Net Fee

The Projected Sales - Factored Net Fee visualizer allows you to view a monthly forecast for your opportunities. The chart displays the factored net fee for your opportunities across posting periods. The chart bars are colored to highlight the portion of the opportunities in each opportunity stage. By default, only active opportunities are displayed.

The timeframe displays the current posting period, which is based on the system date at the time of dashboard access, and the next 11 posting periods. Opportunities are assigned to a posting period based on Award Date; if an Award Date is not entered, the opportunity is not included on the chart.

Chart Data

Area	Description
Factored Net Fee	The left-side of the chart, or the y-axis, displays the factored net fee. Note: The Factored Net Fee is a calculated weighted value for all net fee values, across all companies and organizations for an opportunity. The value is calculated as Net Fee * Bid Probability % * Win Probability %. For more information, see Opportunity - Default View - Info Tab.
Period	The area below the chart, or the x-axis, displays the posting periods. The timeframe displays the current posting period, based on the system date at the time of dashboard access, and the next 11 posting periods. Opportunities are assigned to a posting period based on Award Date; if an Award Date is not entered, the opportunity is not included on the chart.
Chart	The chart bars represent the factored net fee for all of your opportunities for a posting period. Each bar is divided into colored sections that highlight the amount of the factored net fee that represent opportunities assigned to a particular opportunity stage. To view the factored net fee for a stage in a posting period, click the stage portion of the bar for the posting period on the chart.
