Staffing History vs. Schedule Hours

The Staffing History vs. Schedule Hours visualizer allows you to view a summary of employee hours assigned to your resource pool and/or resource pool map profile relative to the schedule and capacity levels of the resources. The visualizer displays both tentative and confirmed assignments.

The timeframe includes only labor transactions for employees.

For date purposes, this visualizer uses the twelve most recent historical scheduling dates from the associated scheduling period. The twelve scheduling dates display as the current scheduling period with the last scheduling date as the previous one.

Chart Data

All data in this chart is derived from resource actuals and calendar information.

Area	Description
Hours	The left side of the chart, or y-axis, displays the number of hours.
Time	The area below the chart, or x-axis, displays the twelve most recent historical dates based on the current date.
Chart	The chart includes the following information. Hours: Displays the hours worked as a series of columns. Scheduled: Displays as a single line over the Actual Hours columns. Net Capacity: Displays as a single line as the sum of Net Capacity Hours.
