Resource Hours Detail

The Resource Hours Detail is accessed as a related item from the Resource Class Demand vs. Capacity - This Scheduling Period visualizer and the Staffing History vs. Schedule Hours visualizer. It allows you to view a detailed breakdown of the hours, scheduled hours, and net capacity hours from the resource pool for resources and projects.

The available data is based on the selected scheduling calendar, which is broken down by scheduling periods. Scheduling dates are provided for resources.

Results

The inquiry results include the following four levels of information:

• Resource Pool Map Level Hierarchy: The first level of the inquiry provides the Resource Pool Map Level Name, Hours, Scheduled Hours, Standard Capacity Hours, Net Capacity Hours, and Net Utilization Percent.

• Resource Pool: The second level of the inquiry provides the Resource Pool Name, Hours, Scheduled Hours, Standard Capacity Hours, Net Capacity Hours, and Net Utilization Percent.

• Resource Name: The third level of the inquiry provides the Resource Name, Hours, Scheduled Hours, Standard Capacity Hours, Net Capacity Hours, Net Utilization Percent, and Scheduling Date.

• Project: The fourth level of the inquiry provides the Project Name, Hours, and Scheduled Hours.
