Inquiries

An inquiry is an interactive view of data in a particular area of the system. Inquiries can include one or more levels of data, which when multiple levels are available, you can drill-down into the information to see more detail about a specific result. You can also restrict, group, and filter data based on your needs and preferences. In addition, a customizable list of columns is available for each inquiry, which allows you to further tailor the inquiry data. As additional information is needed, you can access related items.
