Resource Pool Employee Scheduled and Actual Hours Detail MTD, YTD

The Net Utilization Percent by Resource Pool visualizer allows you to view the aggregated utilization percentage of employees assigned to your resource pool via resource pool management responsibilities or mapped manager responsibilities. The visualizer data is based on an employee's posted time transactions.

For date purposes, this visualizer uses the scheduling periods from the associated Scheduling Calendar. The six scheduling periods display as six months in the past. This does not include the current month.

Chart Data

Area	Description
Percentage	The left side of the chart, or y-axis, displays the utilization percentage.
Time	The area below the chart, or x-axis, displays the scheduling periods.
Chart	The chart includes the following information. Scheduling Period: Displays the scheduling period short name. Month To Date Net Utilization %: Displays the Month To Date Net Utilization percentage in a single series line, which is calculated as: MTD Chargeable Hours / MTD Net Capacity Hours x 100. Year To Date Net Utilization %: Displays the Year To Date Net Utilization percentage in a single series line, which is calculated as: YTD Chargeable Hours / YTD Net Capacity Hours x 100.
