Schedule Summary

The Schedule Summary visualizer lists all tasks for which the resource has published scheduled hours within the indicated timeframe, or tasks without published scheduled hours for which the user has entered time.

The timeframe is the current schedule date and the following four scheduled dates. By default the list is sorted by order of Schedule Dates.

Column Descriptions

The default columns are marked with an indicator ( ). For information on how to display the optional columns, see Manage Columns.

Column Name		Description
	Manager	Displays the task manager name.
	Project Code	Displays the project code.
	Project Name	Displays the project name.
	Task Code	Displays the task code.
	Task Name	Displays the task name.
	Entered	Displays the unposted timesheet hours for the current schedule date.
	Tot - Sched	Displays the published Total Schedule Hours for the user on the task indicated.
	Tot - Act	Displays the posted project-to-date Total Actual Hours against the indicated task by the user.
	Tot - Rem	Displays the Total Hours Remaining for the user on the task indicated. The calculation is: Total Scheduled Hours - Total Actual Hours.
	Scheduled Hours	Displays the published scheduled hours for the user on the indicated tasks for the Schedule Date and four dates successive to the schedule date.
