| Bills |
The Bills Inquiry displays draft and final prebills and draft and final bill information associated with a prebill. The Bills Inquiry allows an authorized user to approve, cancel, recall, restate, save or submit draft prebills and create final bills from prebills. |
| Bill Control Summary |
The Bill Control Summary Inquiry allows you to display Bill Controls for a Biller / Project Accountant to review project billing controls so they can see what has been billed on a project bill term. |
| Bill History Summary | The Bill History Summary Inquiry allows you to review project billing history so you can see what you have billed on a project bill term. |
| Change Orders | The Change Orders Inquiry allows you to query for and view a listing of change orders. Authorized users can edit change orders. |
| Clients |
The Clients Inquiry allows you to query for and view a listing of clients. In addition, authorized users can edit client information. By default, the results are sorted by Client Name. |
| Collection Note |
The Collection Note Inquiry allows you to query for and view a listing of collection notes. In addition, authorized users can edit collection notes information and add actions. By default, the results are sorted by Bill Client and Bill Number. |
| Contacts |
The Contacts Inquiry allows you to query for and view a listing of contacts. In addition, authorized users can edit contact information. By default, the results are sorted by Contact Family Name and Contact Given Name. |
| Email Detail |
The Email Detail Inquiry allows you to review all emails that have been sent from BST11. |
| Employee Reimbursement Status |
The Employee Reimbursement Status Inquiry allows you to view the reimbursement status for expense report charges for a selected date range. |
| Employees | The Employees Inquiry displays employees and provides authorized users, HRSTF and GLBADM, with the ability to edit the employee information. |
| Expense Reports |
The Expense Reports Inquiry allows you to query for and view a listing of draft and final expense reports. In addition, the Expense Reports Inquiry is a Supervisory Review Inquiry, which provides additional options to approve, cancel, recall, reject, save, and sign expense reports. | Export Request |
The Export Request Inquiry allows you to review the history of export processing for one or more document types and export formats. From the inquiry, you can audit the status of each export and review issues with any previous exports. |
| Final Bills |
The Final Bills Inquiry allows you to query for and view a listing of draft and final bills. The Open Final Bill option is a related item that allows you to open a Final Bill document associated with a selected row. If multiple rows are selected, each document opens in a separate tab. The Final Bills Inquiry has a right click context menu that allows you to view the Final Bill Bill Packet associated with the final bill in a preview pane. This is disabled if the Final Bill Bill Packet is not available. This preview is an assistant that opens on top of the Final Bills Inquiry. In addition, the Final Bills Inquiry is a Supervisory Review Inquiry, which provides additional options to approve, cancel, recall, restate, save, and submit draft final bills. The Final Bill Transactions Inquiry allows you to view billing information for an invoice. This inquiry includes a billing summary and detailed transactions for a Final Bill. |
| General Ledger Detail |
The General Ledger Detail Inquiry allows you to view a detail of general and allocation ledger transactions posted to accounts. This inquiry provides two levels of information, which includes a general ledger detail and transaction details for a specific document. |

The General Ledger Summary Inquiry allows you to view a summary of general and allocation ledger transactions posted to accounts. The inquiry provides three levels of information, which include the general ledger summary, an account summary, and associated general ledger transactions. |
| Import Request |
The Import Request Inquiry allows you to review the import processing history. You can view the history for one or more document types and import formats, auditing the result of each and reviewing any validation errors. |
| Insurance Summary (Inquiry) |
The Insurance Summary Inquiry allows you to query a list of Insurance instances and review their need for renewal. Various restrictions are available to limit the scope of the review. The inquiry results offer vendor and insurance information including key end and notification dates. |
| Intercompany Project Task Summary |
The Intercompany Project Task Summary Inquiry allows you to identify, review, and report on intercompany project task summary information. This inquiry will query the intercompany project task summary information and provide the functionality to group by, sort, filter, and export the results. |
| Intercompany Unbilled Detail |
The Intercompany Billing Detail Inquiry allows you to identify, review, and report on intercompany unbilled transactions. This inquiry will query intercompany unbilled, intercompany project detail, and intercompany revenue detail information and provide the functionality to group by, sort, filter, and export the results. |
| Intercompany Work In Progress Aging |
The Intercompany Work In Progress Aging Inquiry allows you to view intercompany work in progress (WIP) information. The inquiry provides three levels of information, which include a work in progress aging summary, revenue and bill detail, and associated general ledger transactions. |
| Opportunities |
The Opportunities Inquiry allows you to query for and view a listing of opportunities. In addition, authorized users can edit opportunity information. By default, the results are sorted by Opportunity Code and Opportunity Name. |
| Organization Project Summary |
The Organization Project Summary Inquiry allows you to review project summary information by Responsible and Working Organizations. The financial information includes budget, effort, revenue, variance, profit, net labor multiplier, costs, hours values, based on your authorization in the system. |
| Organization Task Summary |
The Organization Task Summary Inquiry allows you to view a working organization task summary. By default, it is sorted by the Working Organization Name. |
| Pay When Paid Summary |
The Pay When Paid Summary Inquiry allows you to query a list of Pay When Paid instances and review their eligibility to be paid. This includes a summary of the vendor invoices that are in the pay when paid process, including information about bills, collections, vouchers that are eligible to be paid to the vendor. |
| Payable Aging |
The Payable Aging Inquiry allows you to view a summary of posted historical payables transactions or outstanding balances by time period (aging). The inquiry provides four levels of information, which include the payable aging summary, voucher summary, voucher and payment detail, and associated general ledger transactions. |
| Payable Aging by Project |
The Payable Aging by Project Inquiry displays outstanding aged payable information by Project and Payee in a format for easy excel export and analysis of data. |
| Payable Aging Detail | The Payable Aging Detail Inquiry displays aged payable detail information in a format for easy excel export and analysis of data. |
| Payment History Summary |
The Payment History Summary Inquiry allows you to view a summary of posted historical payment transactions to Employees and Vendors for a given date range. The inquiry provides two levels of information, which include the payment history summary and payment tax return detail. |
| Prebills |
The Prebills Inquiry allows you to query for and view a listing of draft and final prebills. The Prebill Inquiry has a right click context menu that allows you to view the bill packet associated with the Prebill in a preview pane. This is disabled if the bill packet is not available. This preview is an assistant that opens on top of the Prebill Inquiry. In addition, the Prebills Inquiry is a Supervisory Review Inquiry, which provides additional options to approve, cancel, recall, restate, save and submit draft prebills. The Project Detail Inquiry allows you to view detail transactions posted to projects, which includes information such as labor hours, cost, and effort and expense and unit cost and effort by project and task. |
| Project Forecasts | The Project Forecasts Inquiry allows you to view project revenue forecasts by budget category over a selected posting period range. |
| Project Progress | The Project Progress Inquiry provides you with a list of Project Progress documents that are available in draft to allow for editing as well as workflow progression. The inquiry does not provide access to Project Progress documents in final; those documents are not accessible from anywhere in the application. |
| Project Summary |
The Project Summary Inquiry allows you to review the status and performance of projects. This includes a comparison of the hours, cost, effort, variance, and revenue to the budget and an evaluation of the receivables information. The inquiry uses the project's task hierarchy to display information with the option to drill down to the task summary. From the Task Summary level, you can also access the Organization Task Summary or Task Detail related items for a selected task. |
| Project Vendor Payment Terms | The Project Vendor Payment Terms inquiry provides the ability to view which Vendors and Payment Routings are defined for specific Projects via Project Vendor Payment Terms documents. |
| Purchase Order Summary |
The Purchase Order Summary Inquiry provides a view of the purchase order summary plus line items and details and related item access to revisions. Additionally, you can open Purchase Order, Purchase Order Revision and the Payable Aging Inquiry. By default, the results are grouped by Organization Code and Currency Code and sorted by Purchase Order Number. |

The Purchase Requisition Summary Inquiry provides a view of the purchase requisition summary plus line items and details and related item access to revisions. Additionally, you can open Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders. By default, the results are grouped and sorted by Purchase Requisition Number. |

The Receivable Aging Inquiry allows you to query for and view project receivable information, which includes all project bill, deposit activity, and outstanding balances by time period (aging). The inquiry provides four levels of information, which include a summary of receivable balance and aging by project, a bill summary, a bill / deposit detail information, and associated general ledger transactions. |

| Receivable Detail | The Receivable Detail Inquiry allows you to query for and view project receivable detail information. The inquiry directly provides only this single, lowest level of information so that detail data can be easily exported to spreadsheets for further analysis. A variety of restrictions allow a very easy selection of specific needed receivable data.i |
| Report Submittal |
The Report Submittal Inquiry allows you to review the status of all report instances in the system. The inquiry results include a list of all submitted report instances, including report instances that are no longer in the SSRS database defined for the database. Each instance includes a State, which displays if a report instance has failed, has errors, or has successfully completed. In addition, based on your security settings, you can select to reprocess, cancel, and delete a report instance directly from the inquiry as needed. |
| Responsibility Privilege |
The Responsibility Privilege Inquiry allows you to view what privileges and packages are available to a responsibility. Each responsibility defines what users and user groups can access and see in the system. By default, the results are grouped by Responsibility Name and Privilege Name and sorted by Responsibility Name, Package, and Privilege Name. |
| Revenue Adjustment Detail | The Revenue Adjustment Detail Inquiry allows you to review the history of export processing for one or more document types and export formats. From the inquiry, you can audit the status of each export and review issues with any previous exports. |
| Sales Responsibilities |
The Sales Responsibility Inquiry allows you to review a consolidated view of employee sales commissions and sales responsibility for opportunities and change orders. |
| Security Delegation |
The Security Delegation Inquiry allows you to query for and view a list of security delegations. From the inquiry, you can view a historical and current list of delegations, a forecasted view of all planned delegations, or both. |
| Staff Utilization |
The Staff Utilization Inquiry allows you to view a summary of posted staff utilization transactions. This includes a summary of hours, cost, and effort posted to employees for direct and indirect activities over a selected period of time. This inquiry provides three levels of information, which include staff utilization information, an employee's hours, cost, and effort by project and task, and associated detailed transactions. Staff capacity is based on total utilization percentage rather than any stored capacity values. |
| Statistical Ledger Detail |
The Statistical Ledger Detail Inquiry allows you to view a detail of statistical ledger transactions posted to accounts. This inquiry provides two levels of information, which includes a statistical ledger detail and transaction details for a specific document. |

The Statistical Ledger Summary Inquiry allows you to view a summary of statistical ledger transactions posted to accounts. The inquiry provides three levels of information, which include the statistical ledger summary, an account summary, and associated statistical ledger transactions. |
| Task Summary |
The Task Summary Inquiry allows you to review the tasks that the user is responsible for and below, grouped by Project. This includes a view of cost, effort, hours and various task metrics. The inquiry uses the various projects' task hierarchy to display task summary information with the option to drill down to the specific task information for the partial Project hierarchy the user is responsible for, or to view Task Detail related items. |
| Timesheets |
The Timesheets Inquiry allows you to query for and view a listing of draft and final timesheets. In addition, the Timesheets inquiry is a Supervisory Review inquiry, which provides additional options to approve, cancel, recall, reject, release, save, and sign timesheets. | Unbilled Summary |
The Unbilled Summary Inquiry allows you to review unbilled transactions that need to be billed on a project bill term. |
| User Responsibility |
The User Responsibility Inquiry allows you to view what responsibilities and privileges are assigned to a user. By default, the results are grouped by User Full Name and Responsibility Name and sorted by User Full Name, Responsibility Name, and Package. |
| Value Added Tax Detail |
The Value Added Tax Detail Inquiry allows you to generate tax information necessary to complete tax documents for the appropriate tax authorities. The inquiry queries the Value Added Tax detail records that are updated by the Value Added Tax Return Criteria. The inquiry lists Value Added Tax transactions selected either by Tax Point Date or Posting Period, or both. The VAT Detail Inquiry provides the ability for the user to aggregate (group), sort, filter and export Value Added Tax information to better enable them to report taxes due to appropriate taxing authorities. |
| Vendor Invoices |
The Vendor Invoices Inquiry allows you and vendor invoice reviewers to search for vendor invoice documents. The inquiry shows all vendor invoices for the date range(s) selected and can be further constrained by optional restrictions. |

| Vouchers |
The Vouchers Inquiry allows you to query for and view a list of draft and final vouchers. In addition, the Vouchers Inquiry is a review inquiry, which provides additional options that allow you to approve, cancel, release, reject, save, and sign draft vouchers. | Work In Progress Aging |
The Work In Progress Aging Inquiry allows you to view work in progress (WIP) information. This includes all project revenue and bill activity that has been posted to the general ledger. | Workflow |
The Workflow Inquiry allows you to view workflow transition events. With this information, you can review disposition and history of business processing, including tracking responsible participants, monitoring transition times, or remediating process failures. The inquiry provides the ability to aggregate (group), sort, filter, and export the information for comprehensive monitoring, tracking and auditing.
