The Change Orders Inquiry allows you to query for and view a listing of change orders. Authorized users can edit change orders.
This inquiry provides the ability to view more details and edit a document using the inquiry split pane. Click the View
button and then select the Split Pane option. For more information, see View Additional Details in the Split Pane.
Note: If the Working restriction is selected with an Organization as a restriction, the fees (Labor, Expense, Subconsultant, Fee, Net Fee, Factored Fee, Factored Net Fee) are constrained by the Working Organization.
Restrictions
The inquiry includes the following default restrictions:

Status | Enter or select the status for the change order. Status defaults to Active. |
| Change Order | Enter or select a change order to include in the inquiry results. | |
| Client | Enter or select a client. This limits the results to change orders associated with the selected clients. | |
| Change Order Stage | Enter or select the stage of the change order. This limits the results to change orders in the selected stages. | |
| Fee | Enter a fee amount, and then click the down arrow above the field to select how the entered value should be used to limit results. By default, the Greater Than option is selected. |

| From Award Date | Enter or select a date. This if the first date in the date range to include change orders with an award date. | |
| To Award Date | Enter or select a date. This if the last date in the date range to include change orders with an award date. | |

Results
The inquiry contains a single level of opportunity information, which includes Change Order Name, Client Name, Manager Name, Stage Name, Currency Code, Factored Net Fee, Company Name, Organization Name, and Award Date.
