Contacts (Inquiry)

Additional Information

The Contacts Inquiry allows you to query for and view a listing of contacts. In addition, authorized users can edit contact information. By default, the results are sorted by Contact Family Name and Contact Given Name.

This inquiry provides the ability to view more details and edit a document using the inquiry split pane. Click the View button and then select the Split Pane option. For more information, see View Additional Details in the Split Pane.

Restrictions

The inquiry includes the following default restrictions:

Restriction		Description
	Contact Status	Select the status of contacts to include.
	Contact	Enter or select one or more contacts to include in the inquiry results.
	Client	Enter or select one or more clients. This limits the results to contacts associated with the selected clients.
	Vendor	Enter or select one or more vendors. This limits the results to contacts associated with the selected vendors.

Results

The inquiry contains a single level of contact information, which includes Contact Family Name, Contact Given Name, Title, Client Name, Vendor Name, Contact Email Address, Contact Phone Number, Contact Mobile Number, and Contact Owner Name. Contacts Optional Columns.
