Export Request (Inquiry)

The Export Request Inquiry allows you to review the history of export processing for one or more document types and export formats. From the inquiry, you can audit the status of each export and review issues with any previous exports.

Restrictions

The inquiry includes the following default restrictions:

  Restriction Description
From Document Date

Enter or select a document date. This is the first date in the date range to include open items. This field defaults to the last posting date where documents are allowed.

To Document Date

Enter or select a document date. This is the last date in the date range to include open items. This field defaults to the this posting date where documents are allowed.

  Document Number Enter or select a document based on the document number assigned to it.
 

Document to Export

Enter or select one or more document types.
  Export Format Enter or select one or more export formats.
  Source Select a source. Available options include None, Draft, and Final.

  • Requested By

Results

The inquiry contains a single level of information, which includes Document Date, Document Number, Document To Export, Export Format, Requested By Employee Code, Requested By Employee Name, and Source. ClosedExport Request Optional Columns.
