Email Detail (Inquiry)

Additional Information

The Email Detail Inquiry allows you to review all emails that have been sent from BST11.

This inquiry provides the ability to view more details and edit a document using the inquiry split pane. Click the View button and then select the Split Pane option. For more information, see View Additional Details in the Split Pane.

Note: The Email Detail inquiry only includes traceable emails sent using the Email screen.

Restrictions

The inquiry includes the following default restrictions:

Restriction Description
  From Document Date Enter or select a document date. This is the first date in the date range to include items.
  To Document Date Enter or select a document date. This is the last date in the date range to include items.
  Originator Enter or select a user. This will limit the inquiry to emails where the user originated the email.
  Recipient Address

Enter an email address. This will limit the inquiry to emails sent to the entered email.

  Email Content Enter email text to search. This will limit the inquiry to emails that contains the content.

  • Body
  • Source
  • Source Document Number
  • Source Document Type
  • Subject
  • Template

Results

The inquiry results include the following information:

  • The inquiry provides details about sent emails, which includes Document Date, Originator, Source Document Type, From Address, and Recipient Address. ClosedEmail Detail Optional Columns.
