Organization Project Summary (Inquiry)

The Organization Project Summary Inquiry allows you to review project summary information by Responsible and Working Organizations. The financial information includes budget, effort, revenue, variance, profit, net labor multiplier, costs, hours values, based on your authorization in the system.

The first level of the inquiry displays project information grouped by organization. Under each project in the organization is a summary of the task information for that organization. From the Task Summary level, you can access the Task Detail related item for a view of the employee / vendor transactions for the task selected. The values from the Task Summary level are reflected in the Project and Organization level.

Restrictions

The inquiry includes the following default restrictions. Task level restrictions will only constrain data at the Project Working Organization level.

	Restriction	Description
	From Posting Period	Enter or select a posting period. This is the first date in the date range to include open items.
	To Posting Period	Enter or select a posting period. This is the last date in the date range to include open items.
	Currency Type	Enter or select the type of currency to display on the inquiry. This field defaults to Project Currency, but available options include Base Currency, Company Currency, and Project Currency.
	Organization	Enter or select an organization. This limits the inquiry results to projects with the selected organization.

Results

The inquiry results include the following two levels of information:

• Organization Project Summary: The first level of the inquiry provides project organization information, which includes Project Name, TD Budget Effort, Revenue, Effort, Variance, Profit (Loss), Profit %, Net Labor Multiplier, Organization Name, and Variance Level. By default, the results are sorted and grouped by Organization Name, then sorted by Project Name. Organization Project Summary Optional Columns.

• Task Summary: The second level of the inquiry provides task summary information for the project organization with activity (budget, revenue, effort, hours, pending, unbilled, etc.). This information includes the Task Name, TD Budget Effort, Revenue, Effort, Variance, Profit (Loss), Profit %, Net Labor Multiplier, and Variance Level for the item selected.
