Timesheets (Inquiry)

The Timesheets Inquiry allows you to query for and view a listing of draft and final timesheets.

In addition, the Timesheets inquiry is a Supervisory Review inquiry, which provides additional options to approve, cancel, recall, reject, release, save, and sign timesheets. For more information, see Supervisory Review (Time and Expense).

Restrictions

The inquiry includes the following default restrictions:

  Restriction Description
  From Timesheet Date

Enter or select a timesheet document date. This is the first date in the date range to include open items. This field defaults to the last posting date where timesheets are allowed.

To Timesheet Date Enter or select a timesheet document date. This is the last date in the date range to include open items. This field defaults to the this posting date where timesheets are allowed.
  Source Select the source of the timesheets. The options are: blank, Draft or Final. This field defaults to Draft. Use of blank returns both drafts and finals in the list.

Results

The inquiry contains a single level of timesheet information, which includes Document Date, Employee Name, Non-Chargeable Hours, Chargeable Hours, Total Utilization %, Regular Hours, Overtime Hours, Current Workflow, Current State, and Source. ClosedTimesheet Optional Columns.
