Responsibility Privilege (Inquiry)
Additional Information
The Responsibility Privilege Inquiry allows you to view what privileges and packages are available to a responsibility. Each responsibility defines what users and user groups can access and see in the system. By default, the results are grouped by Responsibility Name and Privilege Name and sorted by Responsibility Name, Package, and Privilege Name.
Restrictions
The inquiry includes the following default restrictions:

| Responsibility | Enter or select one or more responsibilities. This limits the results to packages associated with the selected responsibilities. | |
| Responsibility Active | Select if you only want packages with active responsibilities included in the inquiry results. | |
| Package | Enter or select one or more packages to include in the inquiry results. | |
| Privilege |
Enter or select one or more privileges. This limits the results to packages associated with the selected privileges. |

| Workflow | Enter or select one or more workflows. This limits the results to packages associated with the selected workflows. | |
| Actor | Enter or select one or more actors. This limits the results to packages associated with the selected actors. | |
| Attachment Access | Enter or Select the desired attachment access option. Available values are: blank, None, When Editable, and Always. The default is blank. | |

Results
The inquiry contains a single level of responsibility privilege information, which includes Responsibility Name, Package, Privilege Name, Workflow, Actor, Layout, Visualizer, Report, Attachment Access, and Access Control. By default, the results are grouped by Responsibility Name and Privilege Name and sorted by Responsibility Name, Package, and Privilege Name. A drill down to specific privileges is also available.
