Unbilled Summary (Inquiry)

The Unbilled Summary Inquiry allows you to review unbilled transactions that need to be billed on a project bill term.

This inquiry provides authorized users the ability to view attachments on documents. See attachments for more information.

Restrictions

The inquiry contains the following default restrictions:

  Req'd Restriction Description
  From Posting Date

Enter or select a posting date. This is the first date in the date range to include open items. This field defaults to the current posting period.

To Posting Date Enter or select a posting date. This is the last date in the date range to include open items. This field defaults to the current posting period.
  From Transaction Date

Enter or select a transaction date. It is the first date in the date range to include transactions.

This is an additional date used to further refine results returned from the Posting Date range.

  To Transaction Date

Enter or select a transaction date. It is the last date in the date range to include transactions.

This is an additional date used to further refine results returned from the Posting Date range.

Currency Type Select a currency type. Available selections are Base Currency, Company Currency, and Project Currency.
  Project

Enter or select a project to further limit the list.

  Aging Criteria

Select the date that is used to create Aging Buckets in the inquiry and that is not used to restrict data. Available selections are Document Date and Transaction Date.

  Document Number Enter or select a document instance based on the document number assigned to it.

The inquiry contains a first level of information for Bill Item Summary, which includes Project Code, Project Name, Task Code, Task Name, EVC Type, Employee / Vendor Code, Employee / Vendor Name, Posting Date, Transaction Date, Document Number, Cost, Effort, Quantity, Bill Effort, Bill Cost, Bill Quantity, Bill Term Code, and Bill Term Name. You can right-click on a line item to open an input document.
