User Responsibility (Inquiry)

The User Responsibility Inquiry allows you to view what responsibilities and privileges are assigned to a user. By default, the results are grouped by User Full Name and Responsibility Name and sorted by User Full Name, Responsibility Name, and Package.

 

Restrictions

The inquiry includes the following default restrictions:

Restriction		Description
	User	Enter or select one or more users to include in the inquiry results.
	User Group	Enter or select one or more user groups to include in the inquiry results.
	Responsibility	Enter or select one or more responsibilities. This limits the results to users or user groups associated with the selected responsibilities.
	Responsibility Active	Select if you only want users and user groups with active responsibilities included in the inquiry results.
	Privilege	Enter or select one or more privileges. This limits the results to users or user groups associated with the selected privileges.
	Attachment Access	Enter or Select the desired attachment access option. Available values are: blank, None, When Editable, and Always. The default is blank.

Results

The inquiry contains a single level of user responsibility information, which includes User Name, User Full Name, User Group, Responsibility Name, Package, Privilege Name, Model Type, Model, Attachment Access, and Access Control. By default, the results are grouped by User Full Name and Responsibility Name and sorted by User Full Name, Responsibility Name, and Package. User Responsibility Optional Columns.
