User
The User screen allows you to add and define users. Users are the core element for authentication in the system. By default, auditing is enabled to maintain a change log of users. Any changes submitted from this screen will take effect the next time that the user logs into the system.

Note: Users are based on the Network SID and should be imported by the System Administrator. Manual changes to users will not update Active Directory. |
General
In the General area, enter information about the user.

User Name | Enter the user login for the user, e.g., jdoe@yourdomain.com. Up to 128 characters can be entered. |

Full Name | Enter the full name of the user, e.g., John Doe. Up to 128 characters can be entered. |
| Network ID | Enter the Network ID (aka. SID) for the user. This is the system-generated ID from Azure AD that is used to authenticate the user. Up to 128 characters can be entered. | |
| Status | Select whether the user is active or inactive. When a user is set to Inactive, the user will not be able to log into the system. | |
