Bill History Summary (Inquiry)

The Bill History Summary Inquiry allows you to review project billing history so you can see what you have billed on a project bill term.

The Bill History Summary Inquiry provides authorized users the ability to view attachments on documents. See attachments for more information.

Restrictions

The inquiry contains the following default restrictions:

Enter or select a project to further limit the list.

  Project Client Enter or select a project client associated with the project.
  Project Status Enter or select from project status of Active, Inactive, Pending Active, Pending Inactive, and Ignore.

The inquiry contains a first level of project information, which includes Project Code, Project Name, Bill Term Name, Billings, Tax, and Billings Excluding Tax.

Bill History Detail

The inquiry also contains a Bill History Detail level, which includes Posting Date, Input Document Type, Input Document Source, Document Number, Document Date, Billings, Tax, Billings Excluding Tax, Retainage, and Collections. You can right-click on a Bill History Detail line item to select the Bill History Detail Info option. Availability is based on your user security. When selected, a Bill History Detail Info document opens that is populated with the selected Bill History Detail information.
