Bill Control
The Bill Control screen allows you to define additional categories of information you want to specify, accumulate or present on an bill. These controls are only used if the bill report is designed to look for them.
The bill report reads values as part of the billing process and uses them to create the bill. This document defines which options exist for use and what attributes each option uses. Bill controls are assigned to a Bill Format to complete the bill definition.
Examples of bill controls include: identify levels of bill presentation or overrides for billing amounts, percentages or billable values.
There are Bill Controls on the Bill Format that are required for the CPFF Agency Pool Bill report. These are listed on the report.
