Bill Configuration

The Bill Configuration screen allows you to add and define bill configuration values. Bill configurations are assigned to bill formats and are used to control what values display on billing reports. For examples of bill configurations, see Standard Bill Configurations.

General

In the General area, enter bill configuration information.

  Field Description
Code Enter a unique alphanumeric key to identify the document. Once a code has been entered and the document has been submitted to final, it typically cannot be changed.
Name Enter a name to describe the document. The name does not have to be unique.
  Description Enter a description of the bill configuration.
  Status

Select the status of the document.

  Is Extract Select if an extract document is needed for the Bill Configuration values.

Values

In the Values area, enter the values associated with the bill configuration. Values are selected on billing reports to override billing data.
