Manage Available Columns
The Available Columns option allows users who have the ability to create shared views to add or remove columns that display in a regular column list. Each list has a default set of columns that display, but many lists have a set of optional columns that are not automatically displayed. Only columns, both default and optional that are predefined for the list, can be displayed.

Note: Certain lists have critical columns that display at all times. These are shown with the column name grayed out and cannot be deselected. |
The Available Columns option, accessed from the shortcut menu, is available if you click the right mouse button on the column heading of a list. To manage the regular column list, see Manage Columns.
Manage Available Columns
- Display an Available Column: On the column heading of a list, click the right mouse button, select the Available Columns option, and then select the column from the available column list to display on the regular column list. The selected available column is displayed on the regular column list.
- Hide an Available Column: On the column heading of a list, click the right mouse button, select the Available Columns option, and then select the available column to remove from regular column list. The selected column in the available column list is no longer displayed the regular column list. Displayed columns in the available column list have a check mark next to the name on the shortcut menu.
