Flags

In the List view throughout BST11, the Flag column allows you to quickly see the status of a line item.

Types of Flags

The following flags are used in the system:

Flag Description
  No Flag

When no flag displays in the column, it means that no changes have been made to the line item.

Red

The red flag typically displays when a line item has been changed since the screen was opened or an override has been entered.

White

The white flag displays for derived budget rows for the line item. This flag is used on the Earned Value tab in Project and Project Progress.

This flag also displays in Project Tasks - Budgets split and the Project and Project Progress Budgets tab.

Blue

The blue flag displays when there are changes to a prebill line item.
