True Bill Items The Prebill has billable effort that has been reviewed and ready for Final Bill creation.
True Bill Control Override The Prebill has an overridden value and is ready for Final Bill creation.
True Forced Bill The Project Bill Term has the Bill Exception set to Force Bill.
True Lump Sum Bill Task The Prebill has one or more Bill Tasks on the Bill Structure Bill Term with a Lump Sum Fee Type.
True Lump Sum Task The Prebill has one or more Project Tasks that are linked to the Bill Structure Bill Term with a Lump Sum Fee Type.
False. No Qualifying Conditions There are no reviewed bill items to bill.
False Existing Project Detail Adjustment The Prebill transactions exists in a Project Detail Adjustment in Draft.
False Not Latest Prebill A Prebill with the same Project Bill Term was run after the selected Prebill.
False Final Bill After Prebill The Prebill has a Final Bill in Final (the Final Bill has been processed).
