Market Segment

The Market Segment screen allows you to add and define market segments. Market segments are categories used to classify projects and tasks. They can also be used as a reporting parameter to group and sort project and task data.

Examples of market segments include: government and commercial.

Field		Description
	Code	Enter a unique code for the market segment. Once a code has been entered and submitted, it cannot be changed.
	Name	Enter a name to describe the market segment. The name does not have to be unique.
	Status	Select the status of the market segment.
