Labor Bill Name Schedule

The Labor Bill Name Schedule screen allows you to add and define labor bill name schedules. Many clients require that detail breakdown attached to the bill be presented and categorized by their own terminology for type of work performed or by the function of the employee that performs the work. This terminology is the equivalent of the BST11 class and activity codes and names. Thus a labor bill name schedule is a mapping scheme that translates your internal labor bill codes and names into the codes and names that your client expects to see on their bills.

Therefore you can use these schedules to correlate your internal activity, class, and employee codes with the activity, class, and employee codes mandated by your clients. This means that you can easily customize the billing documents that you send to your clients without having to create new activity, class, and employee codes of your own that match each client's specifications.
