Labor Bill Class

The Labor Bill Class screen allows you to add and define employee time classifications. An employee's time is assigned to a labor bill class unless overridden during timesheet input. Billing rates can then be assigned to employee charged time based on the classifications.

Examples of labor bill classes include: technicians and land surveyors.

General

In the General area, enter labor bill class information.

Field Description
Code Enter a unique alphanumeric key to identify the document. Once a code has been entered and the document has been submitted to final, it typically cannot be changed.
Name Enter a name to describe the document. The name does not have to be unique.
  Status

Select the status of the document.
