The Email screen allows you to send emails from BST11. From this screen, you can compose an email, apply an email template, add recipients, and send a manual email from the system. In addition, attachments can be added to emails; for more information see Attachments.
General
In the General area, configure and enter the email to send.

Note: If you switch to the Extended view, additional fields, including Document Date, From Address, From Name, and Reply To, are available. |

| Template |
Enter or select an active email template. A template defines the information, structure, and layout that will be included in emails. |

| Importance |
Select the level of importance for the email. Available options include High, Low, and Normal (default). |

| Subject |
Enter the text to display in the subject line of the email. This field can include text and data tags. Up to 256 characters can be entered. While a Subject is not required, a message will display if this field is blank. |

| Body |
Enter the text to display in the body of the email. This field can include formatted text, links, images, tables, and data tags. While a Body is not required, a message will display if this field is blank. |

Recipients
In the Recipients area, add all of the recipients that should receive the email. For each recipient, enter an email address and then select to add them to the To, Cc or Bcc line; at least one of these must be selected for each email address.
