Country

The Country screen allows you to define countries and any related states or provinces. This information is used in addresses throughout the application.

General

In the General area, define the country.

Field Description
Code Enter a unique alphanumeric key to identify the document. Once a code has been entered and the document has been submitted to final, it typically cannot be changed.
Name Enter a name to describe the document. The name does not have to be unique.
  Has Postal Codes Select if the country uses postal codes. If selected, the Postal/Zip field is required when you enter an address with the country selected.
  Has States/Provinces Select if the country has states or provinces. If selected, the State/Province field is required when you enter an address with the country selected.
  Status Select the status of the document.

States/Provinces

In the States/Provinces area, enter any subdivisions of the country. These entries are selectable in the State/Province field when an address is added.
