Cash Cycle Detail

The Cash Cycle Detail is accessed as a related item from the Cash Cycle visualizer. It allows you to view a detailed breakdown of project unbilled balance, receivable balance, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). DSO is calculated as: Receivable Days + Unbilled Days.

The available data is based on the posting calendar, which is broken down by posting periods.

Results

The inquiry results include the following four levels of information:

• Organization Map Hierarchy: The first level of the inquiry provides the Organization Map Level Name, Revenue, Unbilled Balance, Unbilled Balance greater than 15 Days, Receivable Balance, Receivable Balance greater than 30 Days, and DSO.

• Organization: The second level of the inquiry provides the Organization Name, Unbilled Balance, Unbilled Balance greater than 15 Days, Receivable Balance, Receivable Balance greater than 30 Days, and DSO.

• Project Manager: The third level of the inquiry provides the Project Manager Full Name, Unbilled Balance, Unbilled Balance greater than 15 Days, Receivable Balance, Receivable Balance greater than 30 Days, and DSO.

• Project: The fourth level of the inquiry provides the Project Name, Unbilled Balance, Unbilled Balance greater than 15 Days, Receivable Balance, Receivable Balance greater than 30 Days, and DSO.
