Receivable Aging (Report)
Additional Information
The Receivable Aging report is used to monitor outstanding receivables (A/R) transactions. The report includes a list of transactions with a list of their aged balances, which includes multiple aging categories. The report includes three levels of information, which include project, bill term, and document levels of information.
The report includes a summary and detail view. The summary view provides high-level information with the ability to drill-down into each of the levels. The detail view displays each section expanded; it does not provide any drill-down or hide capabilities.

This General area provides options to configure the report.

| Comment |
Enter any comments about the report instance. Comments will display on the report console and the banner page of the report. |
Restrictions
The report includes the following default restrictions:

| From Posting Period |
Enter or select a posting period. This is the first date in the date range to include items. By default, no date is entered. |

To Posting Period |
Enter or select a posting period. This is the last date in the date range to include open items. This field defaults to the current posting period. |

Aging Date | Enter or select the reference aging date to use on the report. This defaults to the current date. |

Aging Categories |
There are four aging categories period (1, 2, 3, 4) for this report. Adjust the length of the aging category spread, as needed. These fields default to 30, 60, 90, and 120. |

Currency Type |
Enter or select the type of currency to display on the report. This field defaults to Document Currency, but available options include Document Currency, Company Currency, and Base Currency. |

Include Image |
Select to include an image. This field defaults to the image defined for the Report Model or Theme. |

Include Banner |
Select to generate the banner page on the report. By default, this field is set to generate the banner page. |

Display Detail |
Select to generate detail level information in the report. |

Select to include text descriptions with transaction detail. |

| Monetary Scale |
Select if the monetary values in the report should be scaled, or divided by a number, to reduce the amount of space used. By default, Ones is selected, but available options include None, Ones, Tens, Hundreds, Thousands, and Millions. |

Monetary Nbr of Decimals |
Enter the number of decimal places to display for monetary values. By default two is selected, but the value can be between zero and three. |
| Organization Map |
Enter or select an organization map. This is a hierarchical group of organizations in the system that is used to structure data on the report. |
