Run and View a Report

Each non-process report has a submission screen, which allows you to enter general information, restrictions, and sorts and then submit the report instance to be run. Once a report instance is submitted, the report status can be tracked, and once the report is complete, actions such as print, delete, and open can be performed from the Reports tab on the navigation pane. Once opened, the report instance displays on the content pane.

While the following topics describe the general steps to generate a report, each report requires unique information, and some reports, such as checks and invoices, are only generated when a process is run. For specific information about a report, see Report Overviews.
