Prebill - Default View

The Prebill - Default view allows you to view a draft version of the prebill (Bill Report) next to an editable workspace pane. The workspace pane allows you to edit and notate select portions of the prebill. This view is closely tied to the prebill report format, which includes a cover page and a backup section. This view will most likely be used by product managers.
