Default Privileges

BST11 includes the following default privileges, which can be selected and customized for each relevant package:

Code	Name	Description
ADMI	Administrator	Users can perform systems administrator functions.
ALL	All	Users can view all options and perform all relevant actions.
APPR	Approver	Users can approve documents that have been submitted.
OFAD	Office Administrator	Users can perform office administrator functions.
OPAD	Operations Administrator	Users can perform operations administrator functions.
PROC	Processor	This privilege should only be assigned to the system account used to run the Transaction Processor and should not be associated with user accounts. If this privilege is assigned to users, it can cause issues in the system.
REVW	Reviewer	Users can submit and approve documents. With this privilege, users can edit and work with documents throughout the workflow.
ROUT	Router	Users can initiate and modify voucher routings.
RVIEW	Reviewer	Users can submit and approve documents. With this privilege, users can edit and work with documents throughout the workflow.
SUBLMT	Submitter Limited	Users can create and submit documents with certain limits.
SUBM	Submitter	Users can create and submit documents.
SYAD	System Administrator	Users can perform system administrator functions.
VCIT	Voucher Initiator	Users can initiate vouchers.
VIEW	Viewer	Users can view documents, dashboards, inquiries, and reports for the package.
