Collection Note - Info Tab (Simple)

The simple view of the Info tab contains just the key information about the Collection Note in the upper pane. The lower pane contains the associated Actions for this collection note. This function allows quick access to add and modify actions and apply them to collection notes.

General

In the General area, the control information about the collection note displays.

  Field Description
Bill Number Displays the Bill document number associated with the collection note.
Bill Client Displays the client associated with the Bill for which the collection note was created.
  Project Displays the project associated with the Bill for which the collection note was created.
  Contact Displays the main contact person for Collections at the client. May be modified.
  Email Address Displays the email address of the main contact person. May be modified.
  Phone Number Displays the phone number of the main contact person. May be modified.

Actions

Additional actions can be added directly on the document in the Actions grid. Actions will update the Comment History and can be reviewed in from the Comment History tab noting that edits cannot be made to comments and / or Actions once they have been submitted.

  Field Description
Flag Displays when changes have been made
Employee Displays the name of the person who took the action (the current user).
Action Date Enter or select the date of the action of the current collection activity.
Action Enter or select the action of the current collection activity.
Comment Enter appropriate descriptive text covering the scope of the discussion with the person contacted.
Contact Enter or select the name of the person who was contacted for the selected action
Follow-up Date Enter or select the date of next follow up in the collection activity.
Stage Enter or select the stage of the current collection activity.
